SLIDESHOW OF NCATV'S CREE NOTCH FALL FOLIAGE AND DEDICATION RIDE OCTOBER 5, 2019

The Cree Notch Foliage and Dedication Ride was a huge success! It started cold at 27*, frost covered everything as everyone ventured onward to Cree. The sun rose, the temp rose and we made our way. At the top, familiar faces rolled in. Thank you to all who came. Thank you to Lisa Meffert and her husband who donated the grand flag which she, herself came and hoisted the flag to the top of the flag pole.
At the summit everyone enjoyed the view, signed in at our new warming hut, we pledged allegiance to the new flag and enjoyed a hamburger or hotdog. Thank you Ron and Cindy Perry for cooking.

It has to be noted... North Country ATV is very fortunate to have a stellar crew, who for the past two months have been working feverishly on different sections of trail. Cree Notch was their latest effort of completely revamping this trail. They worked it every day, completed the difficult tasks of putting up an extensive flag pole, lugged up the new warming hut by bull dozer, backwards... slowly creeping its way up the steep terrain to the top.
A HUGE amount of respect and gratitude goes out to Ted Burns, Bill Noons, Zack Burns and Bill Burns.
Thank you Bill Noons and Ron Perry for staining and preparing the warming hut, Ted Burns for transporting the hut up to Cree, Bill Noons for lugging it the rest of the way up by bulldozer. Your efforts are indeed greatly noticed.
